Tamika is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from Heritage College in 2008 and is a member of the American Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
Tamika offers a variety of modalities including Prenatal, Postpartum, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports massage.
Tamika sees that the body is a marvelous machine and being able to incorporate massage therapy into the maintenance of the ever changing body in any chapter of its journey greatly improves quality of life and well being.
While Tamika enjoys exploring holistic avenues to incorporate into her practice, in her free time, you’ll find her introducing scenic adventures to her daughter and basking up the sun in her hiking and biking explorations!
