Thrive Mama Collective will only honor returns and exchanges on items purchased direct from our shop or website.
If you are unsatisfied with a product, we will be glad to make an exchange or refund your original form of payment within 10 days of receipt of your order. Unless the product is damaged upon receipt, the customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns. Refunds requested after 10 days of receipt of order will be issued a merchandise credit only. The item must be in unused, new condition with original packaging and tags.
