As an experienced Yoga Therapist, Sarah Bustamante supports women in navigating change; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, as they journey through fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, parenting and beyond.
Using a proven-effective holistic approach to traditional talk-therapy, Sarah facilitates mindful application of postures, breathing, meditation, affirmations, and deep listening to help women sink into the moment and find the strength to move more smoothly through challenging transitions.
Sarah offers a safe space for women experiencing grief, trauma, pre/postpartum depression, anxiety, fertility set-backs, challenges associated with parenting, and other experiences that may need to be processed to be the best Mamas they can be. Sarah is certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT) and the Phoenix Rising School of Yoga Therapy (PRYT), is registered with Yoga Alliance, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Sarah is also the Professional Support Coordinator and a Faculty Mentor for the Phoenix Rising School of Yoga Therapy.
After spending many years traveling for school and journeying through her own healing, Sarah now feels ready to become a Mama herself and is preparing by rooting more deeply into her home and providing steady nurturance to the love-of-her-life, her animals, plants, and two young nieces who lovingly refer to her as, “Aunt Kitty.”
